A lot of their products are built to withstand harsh environments, such as high temperature, high pressure or highly corrosive materials. The Position:
This world leading company are recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager to lead growth through across 6 states in the west. You will be responsible for driving sales initiatives with channel partners and key accounts to ensure the revenue and market share of the product line is increasing in the region.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to target key stakeholders in the power and energy markets in the west.
- Identify opportunities in the oil & gas and power markets to increase sales for the product line
- Work closely with distributor sales representative on customer visits
- Provide adequate training and support to customers and channel partners
- Build sales strategy for the product line and execute effectively against sales goals
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience with control valves
- Knowledge of the oil & gas, refining and/or power markets
- Worked in outside sales, inside sales, channel management, field service or application engineering roles
- Experience in a customer-facing function and can show the ability to identify opportunities to sell products
