Role: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

We’re seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. Your goals will be to help patients recover through effective treatment, leadership, and collaboration with your team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care & Treatment: Effectively execute treatment plans using manual therapy, therapeutic exercise and related modalities.
- Documentation & Billing: Maintain accurate, compliant, and ethical documentation and billing.
- Leadership: Lead and manage a team of PTAs and technicians. Set clear goals and work with your team to achieve them. Help generate new patient appointments and plans of care (POCs).
Competency Requirements:
- Certifications: Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Texas. Preferred credentials include orthopedics, sports medicine, manual therapy, pelvic floor, and strength training.
- Technical Expertise: Accurate in implementation of evidence-based, effective treatment techniques.
- Communication Skills: Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and healthcare providers. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- Leadership: Be a role model with a strong work ethic. Assist with community education workshops. Show interest in advancing your skill set.
