Position Overview:
We are looking for a product specialist with a high level of expertise in the US stock brokerage space. The ideal candidate will bring outstanding product experience from leading global financial technology companies and utilize their expertise to innovate and optimize our products, playing a crucial role in driving product development and enhancing product competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional advice on the planning and design of the company's core platform products to ensure alignment with business objectives and market demands.
- Analyze product performance indicators, user feedback, and market data, collaborating with technical, operational, and marketing departments to better define product requirements, prioritize features, and drive successful product delivery.
- Stay abreast of developments in the financial and securities industry, as well as relevant new technologies and trends both domestically and internationally. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to determine market trends, customer needs, and solutions for product differentiation.
- Deep understanding of industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices to ensure product adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Serve as a professional in the financial securities field, providing guidance and insights to internal teams and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in finance, economics, computer science, or other related majors.
- Possess 5-15 years of work experience in relevant products or technologies in leading global financial technology companies (such as IB, Charles Schwab, and SunGard), capable of providing professional experience and advice from top-tier financial institutions.
- Familiar with the underlying business expertise and product knowledge of the international financial market, with a deep understanding of financial markets, securities transactions, and investment products.
- Demonstrated ability in cross-departmental communication and business promotion, along with excellent communication skills to clearly articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, and the ability to communicate in Chinese is a significant plus.
