As a System Sales Executive you will be responsible for driving sales of commercial fire alarms and safety systems within the New York City market. This role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with electrical and general contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial fire alarms and safety systems
- This individual is primarily going to be working with electrical contractors and general contractors in that New York City market.
- On a day to day, they're going to start with making cold call, and outreaching to electrical contractors with the goal to develop long term lasting relationships.
- They will be involved in some of the estimating, but not necessarily doing the estimates.
- Cold calling electrical contractors
- Developing relationships and navigating organizations, finding a decision maker, finding out who all the key personnel are in the organization and an ability to articulate technical aspects.
Qualifications:
- At least 7 years of B2B sales, maximum of 25 years
- Outgoing
- Relationship builder
- Proactive
- Go getter
- Bachelor's degree
