This non-profit is seeking a temporary Corporate Paralegal to support their ethics department for a long-term assignment. The successful candidate is someone who has a meticulous eye for detail, discretion and is ready to start as soon as possible. Paralegals, JD’s and legal professionals with strong communication, compiling and organizing emails, and sense of urgency are encouraged to apply!
About the Job:
- Monitor incoming requests, feedback and submissions from external contacts with highly confidential information and details.
- Communicate across departments and internal contacts regarding escalations and high-priority communication.
- Update and maintain an organized electronic desk and data management software, ensuring all information is updated in a timely manner.
- Scan, upload and bates stamp highly confidential documents as well as mail certified letters and sort through paper files.
- Provide additional support across the team as needed.

About You:
- Experienced. You have at least two (2) or more years of Paralegal, legal support or JD experience with white-glove client interfacing communication skills.

- Highly attentive. Details are your bread and butter; you are a perfectionist in reviewing legal documents and processes.
- Mature. You combine a high-level of professionalism and maturity when interacting with others.

- Communicator. Demonstrated ability developing good rapport and building relationships.
