Position Highlights:
- Receive comprehensive training on how to establish and remove access for key applications, databases, and share drives across our family of companies through the Online Service Desk. Your contributions will make an immediate impact, with tasks to be completed within 5 business days.
- Partner with senior team members to master quality control techniques and ensure accuracy in all assignments.
- Collaborate in a rapidly evolving environment, providing prompt, courteous support to both internal and external customers with a strong, team-oriented mindset.
What You Bring:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Confidence interacting with all levels of management.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory and Service Now.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and VISIO).
