Are you a driven and resourceful individual with a passion for sales? As an Executive Search Associate, you'll be a critical player in our retained executive search firm, working closely with our team to identify, engage, and guide candidates through the recruitment process.
This is a sales role at its core—you’ll be selling candidates on exciting career opportunities while also building relationships that last. Whether or not you have experience in executive search, we want people with a sales background who are hungry to succeed.

- Sales Experience: Whether it’s in recruitment, sales, or another industry, you know how to engage and sell. Executive search experience is a plus, but not a must.

- Strong Communicator: You can quickly build rapport with candidates and clients alike, with the ability to present opportunities in an impactful way.

Role Responsibilities:
- Hit Your Targets: Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly goals, with a key focus on cold calling to identify new candidates.
- Direct Headhunting and Cold Outreach: Source, engage, and assess talent through proactive outreach and headhunting efforts. Present the best candidates to clients.
- Build Your Network: Cold call candidates, keep in touch with existing contacts, and grow your referral base to create a robust talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with the Team: Support the Head of Sector and Client Delivery Manager in managing the recruitment process efficiently and effectively.
- Deliver Results: Identify the best candidates for each client and provide quality shortlists within the agreed timelines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-2 Years of Sales or Recruitment Experience: Executive search experience is a plus, but any relevant sales experience is valuable.
- Proven Cold Calling Success: A track record of connecting with people and achieving results through cold outreach.

Location:
This position is based in our Philadelphia office, requiring on-site presence for the first 6 months. Afterward, a hybrid work model of 2 days from home and 3 days in-office is available.
