In this role, you'll perform hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs, directly impacting production success and customer satisfaction. You'll conduct preventive maintenance and analyze mechanical and automation issues to minimize downtime and enhance loyalty.
With approximately 80% travel every other week, you'll engage with diverse clients across the U.S. and occasionally in Canada and Mexico. Initial training with be in Germany. Position Details:
- Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Salary: $85,000 + 10% bonus
- Travel: At least 80%, including international; must reside near a major airport

Skills Required:
- Education: Engineering Associate’s Degree (preferably Electrical or Mechanical)
- Experience: 3-5 years in a technical repair role servicing enterprise level sterile packaging equipment, ideally in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge: Familiarity with Carton and packaging technology, aseptic systems is a plus
- Language: Fluent in English; bilingual in Spanish and/or German preferred
- Communication: Proactive updates to customers to maintain good relationships
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs
- Provide detailed reports to the back office
- Execute preventive maintenance activities to high standards
- Support production post-maintenance to restore efficiency
- Analyze and resolve mechanical and automation issues
- Conduct root cause analyses for permanent resolutions
- Handle claims and provide technical support as needed
- Install rebuilding kits and reintegrate equipment into production
- Implement operational improvements based on system performance analysis
