Accounts Payable Associate - Contract - Exton, PA and Lexington, MA
Proclinical is working closely with a pharmaceutical company who is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to join their team.
Primary Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will play a crucial part in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices. This position focuses on maintaining efficient accounts payable operations within the pharmaceutical and biotech industries.
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
- Experience in Accounts Payable, particularly in the pharmaceutical or biotech industries, is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with Ariba and/or SAP is highly desirable.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially in Word and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Flexible and proactive attitude with a willingness to perform a variety of tasks.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Exceptional work ethic and unquestionable integrity.
The Accounts Payable Associat's responsibilities will be:
- Process lab supplies invoices in the accounting system (Ariba/SAP).
- Collaborate with the receiving team to ensure corresponding goods receipts are posted before processing invoices.
- Communicate with vendors and internal employees to resolve any invoice or purchase order issues.
- Maintain monthly Goods Receipts/Invoice Receipts reporting and explain any unusual situations.
- Prepare monthly accounts payable aging reports and reconcile them to the general ledger.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
Compensation: USD 24 - 26 per hour
