We're looking for a full-time Project Administrator in our Paducah, KY office to work closely with our Project Managers. If you have experience in project-related administrative tasks and enjoy a dynamic work environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities
- Schedule meetings with teams and clients (and attend as needed)
- Create and distribute project correspondence/documents (e.g., meeting minutes, schedules, construction forms)
- Incorporate addendum items into construction document sets
- Create project specifications
- Prepare phase-end review sets
- Prepare contracts
- Maintain necessary insurance certificates
- Upload and manage all documents in KDE software
- Office Assistant duties (send/receive mail and packages, order office supplies, filing and record-keeping, data entry, email correspondence, rental car and hotel bookings)
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree
- 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role
Software Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)
- Experience with Ecomm, Procore, or other web-based management software (a plus)
- Familiarity with Bluebeam and AIA software (a plus)
- Experience with KY Department of Education software – FACPAC/SharePoint (a plus)
