About the Role
The Partnerships team enables Bounce’s rapid U.S. Go-To-Market (GTM).
The team's mission of developing strategic relationships with banks, credit unions, specialty finance companies, and FinTechs. By forging deep strategic relationships, the partnerships team is able to help creditors maximize the value of their delinquent accounts across sectors - personal loans, point-of-sale, credit card and more.
The Partnerships Analyst/Associate will support the Partnerships team in initiating and developing strategic partnerships with credit participants.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day partner-related operations.
- Establish value-creation hypotheses, identify key focus areas, and call out gating items.
- Run point on meeting agendas, data requests, documents, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Create value-added insights, including identifying the underlying value proposition through data analyses.
- Using PowerPoint and other presentation tools, both internal and external, prepare materials for use in business development, partnerships, QBRs, and EBR meetings.
- Attend meetings, calls, and/or industry events; provide summaries afterward and keep meticulous notes.
- Identify and address internal processes that can be improved or automated.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge with data analysis and BI tools (Redash, Snowflake, Tableau, etc.)
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in the tech or financial industries, preferably working on strategy at a fintech or in investment banking.
- Analytical, creative, and pragmatic thinker and problem-solver.
- Comfortable acquiring data from multiple sources, carrying out data analysis, and communicating data findings.
- Self-starter who proactively identifies opportunities to streamline processes and improve data quality.
