NO SELLING REQUIRED - Your role will focus on creating connections and facilitating introductions, with our team handling the full sales process. You'll enjoy substantial rewards through a competitive commission structure for every successful referral.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage Your Network: Identify and connect with HR professionals or decision-makers in organizations with sales and customer service teams.
- Build Strategic Relationships: Cultivate relationships that lead to warm introductions and referrals to HR departments.
- Facilitate Client Meetings: Set up meetings between potential clients and our internal team, who will manage the sales process and close the deals.
Qualifications:
- Strong networking skills with the ability to connect with HR professionals or corporate decision-makers.
- Self-motivated and proactive in managing outreach efforts and referrals.
- Familiarity with HR, sales, or customer service environments is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work remotely with flexibility to manage your schedule independently.
