Robert Half Marketing and Creative is currently hiring for a Senior Communications Specialist who will be responsible for developing and implementing internal communication strategies that enhance employee engagement, strengthen organizational culture, and facilitate effective information flow within the company. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

- Develop and execute comprehensive internal communication strategies aligned with organizational objectives and priorities.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify key communication needs and create tailored communication plans.
- Create and manage compelling content for a variety of internal communication channels, including newsletters, intranet, emails, and presentations.
- Ensure content is clear, engaging, and aligned with company messaging and branding.
- Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive organizational culture.
- Organize and oversee internal events, town halls, and employee recognition programs.
- Act as a liaison between different departments to facilitate effective communication and address any internal communication issues.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on communication best practices.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of internal communication strategies and initiatives.
- Prepare reports on communication metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in internal communications or a related field, with a demonstrated track record of success.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in communication tools and platforms (e.g., intranet systems, email marketing tools, content management systems).
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve communication effectiveness.
- Experience in managing internal communication during organizational change or crisis situations.
