Duties/Responsibilities:
- Maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.
- Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs;
identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs.
- Must learn about our products in detail to be able to sell them to our customers
- Explains the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their needs.
- Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management;
resolves any issues with the help of Putsch® global resources that may arise post-sale.
- Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products,
services, and enhancements that may be of interest.
- Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any
customer or vendor relationship problems.
- Provides periodic territory sales forecasts.
- Creates, processes, and monitors projects from the quotation stage to delivery of goods. This must
also be communicated to the customer.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field OR
- At least five years of related experience required.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to travel.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record is a must
Ability to be onsite in the Greater Asheville, NC area for the first 2-6 months of employment, then you can work elsewhere, as the role will be 50-75% travel after that.
