🛠️Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage production teams across multiple shifts and product lines.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Implement long-term plans for facilities, equipment, materials, and workforce resources to maintain manufacturing capacity and processes that support business goals.
- Support and advice solutions to ensure Operation, Quality, Cost & Delivery KPI’s are maintained to a high standard.
- Partner with the Executive team to manage manufacturing budgets and ensure financial objectives are achieved.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Provide hands-on leadership, actively participating in the problem-solving process.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
🛠️Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business management, materials science, or a related field.
- Strong background in manufacturing process improvement, with experience in automotive, food, or textiles a plus.
- Knowledge in ANSI/ASQC ISO 9001 systems
- Lean Manufacturing Certification is preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop teams.
