Minimum Requirements
1 - A minimum 10 years’ experience designing and executing testing strategies and plans for ERP or system modernizations, at least three years of which must have been as a lead.
2 - A minimum five years’ experience developing entrance/exit criteria aligned with end-user needs.
3 - A minimum 10 years of PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) experience.

Qualifications
- Copy of valid Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or higher) certification
- Copy of valid Prosci Change Practitioner certification or
- a Certified Change Management Professional Certification from the Association of Change Management Professionals
- Copy of valid PMI-ACP certification
- Graduation or Higher
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
