Viridan Group has partnered with a global leader in sustainability in their search for a Finance Manager or Senior Finance Manager to join their team in Arkansas and support them in executing long-term strategic partnerships with developers. This role will involve financial modeling, reporting against tax equity investments in renewable energy, and the execution of long-term PPA's.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Strategic Partnership Execution: Collaborate with renewable energy developers to establish and maintain long-term partnerships that align with their sustainability goals,
- Program Success Reporting: Conduct reporting and analysis to evaluate the success of renewable energy initiatives and provide insights on program performance against those goals,
- Investment Reporting: Oversee and report on renewable energy tax equity investments, ensuring transparency and accuracy in financial tracking,
- Power Purchase Agreements: Support the execution of long-term power purchase agreements, including financial modeling and negotiation,
- Project Intervention: Perform root cause analysis for troubled projects, identifying problems and implementing corrective action plans to drive project completion,
- Performance Management: Drive the execution of multiple business plans and projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 3+ years of experience with tax equity or structured finance within the renewable energy sector.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial reporting and investment analysis.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive strategic initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Familiarity with renewable energy regulations, tax equity investments, and power purchase agreements is a plus.
