Our client is looking for a VP or Director of Finance who plays a key role in overseeing financial planning & analysis, M&A, and technical accounting.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee corporate finance department with a focus on financial planning & analysis
- Manage a lean team by reviewing work and providing feedback
- Support M&A integration and assist in diverse transaction work
- Collaborate and partner up with other teams to make strategic business decision
- Ad hoc projects
Qualifications:
- 9 or more years of relevant professional experience (such as in Big 4 audit, investment banking, private equity, and/or transaction advisory)
- BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field
- MA/MS/MBA preferred
- Desired certifications: CPA, CFA, and/or CMA
- Technical skills: Strong financial modeling, US GAAP, advanced Excel, SQL, Yardi, and ARGUS skills.
