About our next Project Manager:
audiochuck is always seeking innovative ways to improve the way we work! As a Project Manager at audiochuck, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of the production schedule for multiple shows within our network. You’ll ensure that our schedule runs smoothly from start to finish, coordinating efforts and resources to meet deadlines and deliverables. In this role, you will maintain detailed project timelines and serve as the key point of contact for the content team, which includes internal teams like research, reporting, writing, editing, production, and other supporting roles. Your organizational skills and ability to keep projects on track will be crucial to driving successful outcomes.
**this is an in-office daily position**
What you’ll do:
- Lead and manage the schedule for multiple shows, ensuring all content is released on time.
- Collaborate with various teams, ensuring clear communication, prioritization of assignments, and progress tracking.
- Apply Waterfall methodology to plan and execute projects in a structured, step-by-step approach while applying Agile-based concepts, as appropriate.
- Communicate project updates, potential risks, and challenges to stakeholders.
- Utilize our work management tool, Wrike, to organize tasks, timelines, and resources.
- Create and maintain process & project documentation for internal and external reference.
What you’ll bring to the table:
- 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in a fast-paced or creative environment.
- Proficiency in work management tools such as Wrike, Asana, Jira, etc.
- Experience balancing the workload for multiple resources daily.
- Solid understanding of various methodologies with a heavy emphasis on Waterfall.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a high performance environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification preferred but not required.
