Job Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of 40 – 70 clients with functional support from a Treasury and Credit Analyst.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their long-term goals and develop financial projections to support their growth and success.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates on financial performance and recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to improve clients' financial performance, including cost-saving measures, cash flow optimization, and revenue growth initiatives.
- Assist clients with financial management, including financial reporting, and compliance with government regulations.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to understand clients' business operations, goals, and challenges.
- Provide guidance on financial planning and budgeting, including forecasting, financial modeling, and scenario analysis.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- A minimum of 5 years of related experience, preferably in leveraged finance.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience managing a team / in a supervisor role.
- CPA, CFA, or other relevant industry certification(s).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex financial data and develop creative solutions.
