Business Support Coordinator - Contract- Plainsboro, NJ
Proclinical is seeking a Business Support Coordinator with a strong understanding of office routines and procedures, and a knack for utilizing Microsoft products, particularly SharePoint.
Primary Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be supporting the functional objectives of our Talent Management team through a variety of activities, including department projects, data analysis, report creation, and tracking and control of processes, projects, and activities.
Skills & Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree is required.
- Experience in an administrative or related role.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft products, especially SharePoint.
- Ability to explain and interpret function-specific policies and procedures to individuals within and outside the organization.
The Business Support Coordinator's responsibilities will be:
- Lead project management in support of Enterprise Onboarding.
- Manage timelines and tasks to onboard new employees efficiently.
- Maintain and enhance the Onboarding SharePoint site.
- Provide support to the Talent Management team across various projects as needed.
