Job Summary
The Regional Manager is responsible for the overall performance and profitability of a designated region of luxury and A+ to B properties. This role involves overseeing the operations of multiple properties, including managing property managers, leasing staff, and maintenance teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the luxury real estate market and a deep understanding of property management best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Property Performance:
- Monitor and analyze the financial performance of each property within the region.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant property management regulations and standards.
- Team Management:
- Oversee and mentor a team of property managers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop property management staff.
- Evaluate performance and provide feedback to ensure team members are meeting expectations.
- Operations Management:
- Ensure the efficient and effective operation of all property management functions, including leasing, maintenance, and accounting.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor property conditions and address maintenance issues promptly.
- Customer Service:
- Foster a culture of exceptional customer service throughout the region.
- Respond to tenant inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure that properties are well-maintained and meet the highest standards of quality.
- Market Analysis:
- Stay informed of market trends and conditions within the region.
- Analyze competitor activity and identify opportunities to differentiate properties.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain high-quality tenants.
Qualifications
- Highschool Diploma
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, with a focus on luxury and A+ to B properties.
- Proven track record of success in managing multiple properties and teams.
- Strong understanding of property management principles, including leasing, maintenance, and financial management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Experience with property management software and tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using AppFolio or other property management software.
- Certification in Property Management (CPM, CAM).
- Experience in a multi-state or regional property management role.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and increase property values.
