Length: 4 months+ (maternity leave)
Hours: 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week.
Note there will be reduced hours due to Thanksgiving (24 hrs), Christmas week (24 hrs), and New Years 2025 (24 hrs).
Location: Hybrid-Austin TX
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday on-site. Remote Mon & Friday.

Position: Scrum Master
REQUIRED:
* 3+ years of years' experience in a software development environment with Azure DevOps.
* 1+ year of experience as a Scrum Master
* Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices.
* Experienced with Azure Test Management and Confluence.
* Experienced supporting a team of 5 - 8.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (demonstrable skills required)
* Manufacturing experience a plus.
