The Person (Requirements):
Minimum of 2.5 years of Investment Banking experience- ideally M&A
Active Series 79 and 63 certifications
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modelling and valuation.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven track record of managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
