At Weber Staffing Solutions, we are dedicated to hiring the most qualified candidates to support exceptional learning environments. We prioritize applicants holding valid teaching certifications for substitute teaching positions. In addition to substitute teachers, we also offer opportunities for substitute paraprofessional staff (clerical and classroom aides), as well as licensed nurses (RN licensure required).
Minimum Requirements for Applicants:
- Active Special Education Certification in the state of Texas (for teaching roles)
- Proficiency in conversational and formal English
- Completion of a comprehensive background check, including fingerprinting
Application Process:
- Submit a Complete Substitute Application – This includes a criminal background check and fingerprinting. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
- Provide Three References – References cannot be family members, and you must provide email addresses for all references.
- Upload Required Documents:
- Relevant licenses (for paraprofessional or nursing positions)
- State Board of Educator Certification (SBOC) teaching certificate
Fingerprinting Requirements: Under Senate Bill 9 (SB 9), all applicants must submit digital fingerprints for a criminal history review. After your application has been reviewed, you will receive fingerprinting instructions via email. The cost of fingerprinting is approximately $50.
If you have already completed fingerprinting through the Texas Education Agency, and we can verify your results, we will contact you via email with details regarding our virtual orientation.
