Tiello has partnered with a mechanical contractor in the industrial and commercial spacelocated in the Raleigh area. We are currently looking to hire a Commercial HVAC Service Technician to help expand the operations.
Job Title: HVAC Service Technician (Commercial)
Project Types: Commercial, Healthcare, Office Buildings, Industrial Buildings, Mixed-Use, Retail, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in commercial buildings.
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation and prolong system lifespan.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical malfunctions in HVAC systems and make necessary repairs.
Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC technician, with a focus on commercial systems.
- Proven experience with a variety of HVAC systems, including but not limited to, rooftop units, split systems, and chillers.
