Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description:
The Project Manager will work directly with the CEO to manage and oversee several key projects, including an office move, a PEO provider transition, and a system migration. This position is primarily onsite Monday through Thursday, with remote work on Fridays unless urgent matters arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight: Manage and lead the execution of multiple high-impact projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Confidentiality Management: Handle sensitive information with discretion while providing regular updates to the CEO.
- Progress Reporting: Develop and deliver status updates to the CEO on ongoing projects, identifying potential risks and challenges.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to align projects with organizational goals.
- Risk Assessment: Identify potential issues and proactively develop strategies to mitigate risks.
- Resource Management: Ensure the effective allocation and use of resources to meet project deadlines and budgets.
- Communication: Maintain consistent communication with the CEO and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience.
- Project Management certification (PMP) is a plus.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

- Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday-Thursday onsite, Fridays remote as needed)
