The Marketing Manager will be instrumental in shaping the company's brand story and ensuring the smooth execution of a variety of marketing initiatives. The role offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $90,000, based on experience.
Responsibilities of the Marketing Manager:
- Take lead in proposal development, marketing materials and advertisements (proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop is a significant advantage).
- Maintain and update key marketing assets, including project profiles, team bios, and promotional materials, to ensure all content reflects the firm’s current portfolio and market position.
- Develop and manage the creation of high-quality print and digital marketing materials and promotional content, to effectively showcase the firm's capabilities and align with strategic goals.
- Craft compelling written content for a variety of channels, press releases, newsletters, web content, social media, and more, highlighting the firm's expertise and achievements.
- Coordinate the procurement of marketing collateral and printing services, ensuring timely production and delivery of all marketing outputs.
- Collaborate with team members across various locations to gather project information, ensuring consistency and quality in all marketing materials.
- Conduct thorough research on potential clients, competitors, markets, and industry trends to inform and refine marketing strategies and business development efforts.
Qualifications of the Marketing Manager:
- 7-10 years of experience in marketing and graphic design, ideally within the AEC field or a professional services environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
- Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams in marketing, business development, and operations.
- Proficiency in leveraging technology for media, promotional, and marketing strategies.
- Outstanding writing and desktop publishing abilities, with a keen eye for design and detail.
