TechnoSmarts has a 6 + Month Contract Marketing Specialist position located with their Global Client in Atlanta, GA. This is a hybrid position with potential for conversion and/or extension.
The Marketing Specialist is a lead development and new business conversion specialist. This individual will work closely with the marketing team to discover, develop, and deliver qualified prospects to the sales team. They will engage with high-priority inbound leads to validate and qualify while communicating with director level and above prospects to understand business needs, key initiatives, budget and approval processes. The Marketing Specialist will facilitate proper lead transition to internal Sales & Account Executive Teams to ensure a world class client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with marketing to understand marketing program objectives and ensure alignment with lead management process
- Support sales/service team regarding product lead qualification and appointments
- Quickly respond, engage and qualify all inbound leads and inquiries to capitalize on prospect interest
- Execute email outreach utilizing campaign management tools, and make outbound calls to enrich prospect information and experience by understanding lead profile, key initiatives, challenges, and most critical priorities
- Utilize internal tools and work with sales team to route leads appropriately
- Deliver a summary of the opportunity and background of client needs/expectations with the aligned business partners
- Coordinate and partner with sales executives to progress leads and opportunities throughout the sales cycle
- Leverage internal CRM and engagement platforms to track leads, opportunities, and completed sales
- Collaboratively work to improve, automate and provide input for optimizations in the lead qualification process
- Able to understand insights and metrics relative to lead management and the implementation of processes and workflows within CRM (Salesforce), as well as automated emails or other digital interactions
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of business experience - experience in the B2B space is a plus
- Proficient in using CRM software
- Project management skills
- Strong will to win and executive presence
- Demonstrate written and verbal communication skills
