WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead the Team: Bring your leadership skills to the table, inspiring our food & beverage crew and keeping the vibe positive and collaborative.
- Oversee Operations: Keep all things food & beverage running smoothly, making sure everything aligns with our standards and menus.
- Wow Our Guests: Foster a culture where top-notch guest service is the norm, ensuring every diner leaves with a smile.
- Grow the Team: Handle recruitment, training, and performance reviews, while keeping the team engaged and motivated.
- Manage the Numbers: Keep an eye on the financials, ensuring we hit our goals without compromising on quality or service.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- A genuine passion for making guests happy.
- A Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or something similar (preferred, but not required).
- At least three years of supervisory experience with a track record of leading successful teams.
- Bonus points if you’ve got Food & Beverage Manager/Director experience.
