High-volume Property Management Company is searching for a detailed and proactive Leasing Agent to assist in the growth of our company. A strong ability to problem solve, manage multiple tasks at once, as well as receive direction from multiple team members is a must. This is a position that will be based in our office in Dallas, TX. Experience and familiarity with single-family home management and leasing are required. A current Texas Real Estate license is preferred.

Summary of Responsibilities and Duties:
- Report to Property Manager, Leasing, and Regional Manager for weekly tasks and responsibilities
- Record and update details of prospective tenants into computer database swiftly
- Liaising with tenants to provide information and address their complaints and concerns
- Communicate with prospects and realtors via email and phone
- Informing field team of any issues
- Advertising available properties as necessary
- Screening prospective tenants to ensure they meet eligibility requirements
- Completing lease applications and verifying application information
- Informing prospective tenants of results of applications
- Accepting rent payments, security deposits and other applicable fees
- Maintaining and storing documentation effectively
- Any other daily tasks associated with the leasing of properties
- Recording and updating details of prospective and existing landlords and tenants into a computer database swiftly.
- Examining properties and informing maintenance staff of issues.
- Advertising available properties and conducting property tours as part of marketing activities as necessary.
- Screening prospective tenants to ensure they meet eligibility requirements.
- Completing lease applications and assisting with verification of application information.
- Informing prospective tenants of results.
- Inspecting properties when tenants take occupation and vacate.
- Liaising with tenants to provide information and address their complaints and concerns.
- Maintaining and storing documentation effectively.
- Accepting rent payments, security deposits and other applicable fees.
- Any other daily tasks associated with Leasing.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Active Texas Real Estate License. As an Open House employee, you will be required to hang your license with our brokerage and will not be permitted to practice Real Estate while employed.
- 3+ years experience in Single Family Property Management
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required
- Experience with MLS, Property ware, Salesforce, and Rently preferred, but not required
- Reliable transportation with valid Driver’s License and Insurance
- Bilingual is a plus
- Detail-oriented
- Time Management is key to this position
