What role will you play
Artisent Floors is looking for a Branch Manager to lead our team in Tulsa, OK. This is an exciting opportunity to continue driving growth of what is expected to be one of the best branches in our company. As an Branch Manager, you will have four core responsibilities:
- Drive top-line revenue of the branch
- Motivate and direct warehouse and sales staff
- Ensure high levels of customer service to all customers
- Create a culture of competition and teamwork
Who you are
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our team as a Branch Manager. In this role, you will become an expert at the “Artisent Sales Method” - the same methodology we’ve used to rapidly expand from just one store to 17 locations. You will be tasked with developing and maintaining a strong relationship with staff, vendors, and customers. You will also manage your own book of business. This is a “player/coach” type manager role.
Preferred candidates will have:
- 5+ years of outside sales, account management, or multi-family experience
- Direct management of a sales team is highly preferred
- Experience opening branches in new markets is an advantage
- Relationships within the multi-family and/or flooring industry is a huge plus
- Driven by competition and working within a team environment
- Strives to be better today than yesterday
- Aptitude to learn and absorb new technologies and skills
