Position Summary
Gesa Credit Union is searching for a Vice President of Business Intelligence to join their team. This position will be responsible for leadership in the areas of data and analytics strategy to support Gesa’s Strategic Imperatives and Goals. Provide strategic vision and inspire change for the Credit Union with effective data integration, governance, and integrity. In addition, the Vice President will meet the needs of business lines to grow the credit union, increase efficiency and meet organizational metrics. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, the VP of Business Intelligence, has broad responsibility for driving the organization’s growth objectives as well as the quality and depth of member relationship. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent required. At least three years of recent, progressive experience in leadership roles along with experience leading multiple areas of analytical solution areas and a strong understanding of market-leading data analytics technology platforms, roles, and trends is required.
