We have a contract-to-hire position in West Des Moines, IA for a Junior System Administrator. This person will be responsible for configuring and maintaining their CCM Platform (they use SmartComm), but experience in the technical administration of other similar CCM or CRM platforms is acceptable. Experience using Sharepoint and FileNet is helpful as well.

System Management:
- Configure, and maintain the CCM platform (SmartComm preferred)
- Ensure system availability and performance, adhering to SLAs.
- Monitor system usage and performance metrics.
System Integration
- Develop process to collect all content in Azure BLOB Storage.
- Define, evaluate and design one of two options for integrating content from Azure BLOB. Storage into Content Management platform.
- Work with architecture and 3rd party vendors to design, develop and implement integrations.
User Support:
- Provide technical support to users and resolve system-related issues.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and roles within the CCM system.
Security and Compliance:
- Implement and maintain security protocols to protect data integrity.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Content Management:
- Develop and implement policies for managing digital content.
- Oversee the creation, editing, and publication of content within the CCM system.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with stakeholders to define system requirements and improvements.
- Communicate updates and changes to both business and technical teams.
Documentation:
- Document system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Maintain up-to-date records of system changes and updates.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
- Propose and implement enhancements to improve system efficiency and user experience.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in system administration, preferably with CCM platforms.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in system installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred experience with SmartComm, Sharepoint and FileNet.
