Job Summary:
Insight Global’s client within the agricultural industry is seeking R&D Site Manager to oversee the office and team of the Immokalee, FL location. There are about 30-35 people this person will be overseeing at general manager capacity. This person will be responsible for managing vegetable operations and the whole growth and harvest vegetable process. This person will interface with field workers, breeding workers, pathologists, etc. to solve any of the vegetable growth issues that may arise including storm control and other factors that can hinder the life cycle of the plants.
Must Haves:
- Bachelor of Science in Agriculture or similar field
- 7+ years’ experience in R&D or fieldwork within the agriculture industry
- Bilingual in Spanish & English
- Experience with leading a team of 30+ people
- Background and experience managing and overseeing the full growing process of vegetables or plants
- MS Office experience

- Seed industry background
- Farm management experience
- Ability to drive a tractor
- Greenhouse experience
Salary Range: $100-115k
