CBALD & SI is a place that will allow children, adolescents, and their families to learn, receive state-of-the-art treatment and intervention services, and receive information about resources for individuals with developmental disabilities and learning problems. Assessment and treatment services are available to both children and adolescents. In addition, parent training and management of behavioral difficulties are available to parents and caregivers of individuals with special needs.
Job description:
We are seeking individuals interested in building a career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and to become a part of our growing clinical team. Responsibilities will include the supervision of comprehensive and focused ABA programs, with an emphasis on the assessment and treatment of severe behavior disorders with adolescents, teenagers, and adults. This will include, but is not limited to, both the development and implementation of function-based intervention strategies.
Additional responsibilities include:
1) Staff training and quality control.
2) Supervision of all clinical aspects of each individual client, including protocol & curriculum development, as well as data collection systems and analysis.
3) Supervise, write and review client reports and develop treatment goals and objectives.
4) Supervise, write and review all client behavior plans and protocols.
Qualifications required/preferred:
BCBA required.
Valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle required.
