Our client is seeking an Real Estate Services Administrator for a 04 month contract on W2 with high potential to covert into full time. This role is onsite to Mount Laurel, NJ 08054.
Job Description:
Years of Experience needed: 1+ years of invoice experience is required
Level of Education: H.S Diploma
Systems/Software proficiencies: Microsoft Office Suite experience is required, Experience with invoice processing system.
Resource's typical working day:
This candidate will be assisting with the administrative tasks related to Commercial Properties
- Processing invoices
- Coordinating with Vendors
- Working with Client tech services
- Assists with tenant and vendor customer service.
- Maintains tenant, vendor and property files, including insurance certificates, lease abstracts, etc. in accordance with prescribed standards.
- Coordinates and monitors status of work assigned to vendors.
- May initiate rent collections correspondence and phone contact with tenant where permitted by state regulations.
- Performs a variety of administrative tasks for assigned staff including but not limited to phone support, draft, preparation and distribution of correspondence, expense reporting, calendar and scheduling, meeting coordination, filing and copying, etc.
