Job Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize day-to-day operations and scheduling for high profile Executives.
- Interact with external clients on behalf of executives.
- Someone with a business partner mindset, great EQ and ability to work independently and be a self-starter
- Plan and coordinate special projects for executive as requested
- Monitor heavy and fluctuating calendar, high volume of calls, emails, and flow of communication
- Conduct research and advanced planning
Requirement:
- MUST have college degree
- Must come from the financial services industry, VC/PE, consulting or from a top search firm
- 3-5 years of experience supporting multiple highly profile executives
- Job stability is an absolute must
- Excellent writing, editing and verbal communication skills
- Must have Advanced computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; able to quickly and accurately produce/edit Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations
