Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both phone-based and field sales, with the ability to engage and build relationships with a wide range of clients. Residential sales provide straightforward opportunities, while commercial accounts require strategic thinking and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to residential prospects through phone and online channels.
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing commercial clients, while identifying opportunities for account growth.
- Identify, contact, and develop new commercial leads through cold calling and networking efforts.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, focusing on increasing revenue and market share.
- Balance office-based tasks with field sales efforts, ensuring a smooth transition between both.
- Effectively prioritize and schedule opportunities for site visits and in-person meetings.
Performance Metrics:
- Meet or exceed annual sales targets, with commissions earned on successful SCQ sales and bonuses for surpassing goals.
- Drive revenue growth through both new account acquisitions and the expansion of existing accounts.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients to secure repeat business and maintain ongoing partnerships.
