Engineering Manager - onsite, Allentown PA
CSG is currently partnered with an established international business providing top-notch design, manufacturing and deployment of mining equipment used for grinding and classifying.
Responsibilities
- Managing the engineering team, consisting of designers, project and product engineers
- Cross functional relationships with production to assist in manufacturing, QA and QC
- Cross functional relationship with sales to provide tech support and assist customer meetings
- Developing team capabilities to achieve efficient production and service for product lines
Requirements
- BSc in Process, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or related discipline - or equivalent experience
- Minimum 10 years experience in aggregate, cement, mining, and related chemical industries
- Industry experience in production side of the industry
- Valid Driver's license
- US citizenship or green card to work in the USA
- Professional Engineer License preferred but not required
- CAE/CAD Exerience, Autodesk Inventor Preferred
- Mechanical & Process Aptitude
