Senior Business Analyst (ServiceNow/ALM/Ham Pro) - Hybrid in NYC OR Jersey - 6 month contract
Optomi, in partnership with a global leader in entertainment, media, and technology, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst will support the Asset Life Cycle Management (ALM) team responsible for life cycle management of endpoint systems. You'll be a key contributor for the redesign of asset management process workflows within the ServiceNow instance, leveraging out of the box HAM Pro functionality to simplify and streamline processes. This role is looking for someone with the ability to express complex technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Experience of the right candidate:
- Technical background and understanding of IT asset life cycle management
- Monitor ALM activities and identify areas for improvement
- Experience supporting ServiceNow implementation (HAM Pro preferred)
- Strong stakeholder engagement building requirements and workflows
