Performs occupational therapy evaluation and treatment in both outpatient and acute inpatient settings.
Essential Job Functions:
- Performs occupational therapy assessments once physician's orders are received
- Provides written evaluation and plan of care to the physician
- Reassesses patient monthly to update plan of care
- Provides supervision to COTAs and other support staff
- Must continously improve OT knowledge & skills

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Occupational Therapy.
- TX State Occupational Therapy License required.
- Current CPR certification required.
- Ability to serve as a lead worker to subordinate personnel and the ability to assume supervisoryresponsibilities in the absence of the Director.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a positive, courteous attitude.
- Continued employment is contingent on successfully maintaining current required certification(s) and/or license(s).
