SCOPE/GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:
The Inside Sales Representative is a dynamic role that involves both administrative responsibilities and direct involvement in sales activities. This position plays a pivotal role in streamlining sales processes and actively contributing to revenue generation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Development (40%):
- Initiate and reestablish communication with dormant prospects or inactive/churned accounts, and facilitate warm handoffs to Account Executives for further engagement.
- Qualify and develop leads from various sources, including trade shows, aged leads, and all other marketing channels. Move these Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) through the qualification process with the objective of warm transferring Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) to the Account Executives for further development and management.
Sales (40%):
- Manage a portfolio of smaller accounts, ensuring ongoing engagement and growth within the assigned book of business.
- Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders, focusing on increasing revenue within accounts by identifying new partnership opportunities across different departments and locations. Additionally, upsell products and services that clients may not be aware Simply NUC offers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management, detailing progress and identifying areas for improvement.
- Stay current with Simply NUC's latest products, features, and technological advancements to effectively address customer needs and provide informed recommendations.
- Confidently engage with customers through phone and video calls, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Operational (20%):
- Efficiently manage and process incoming web orders to ensure timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and execute DocuSign requests to ensure timely and accurate completion of electronic signatures and document handling.
- Efficiently manage inbound leads and accurately maintain global lead distribution records to ensure timely follow-up.
- Input and update customer information in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

SKILLS, EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Two (2) plus years of experience as B2B Insides Sales (technical sales preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in quota carrying role
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals
- Demonstrated ability to prospect new potential customers generating new business
- Proficient in using a computer & Google Suite
