Position: Part-Time Sales Associate & Administrative Assistant (Hybrid)
Location: Greater Atlanta, GA Area(Preferred)
Business Owner: Lives in Columbus, GA (However, events will be in the Atlanta area)
Hours: 6-10 hours per week (Flexible)
Compensation: $15 per hour (Hourly paid)
About Larkin Lane:
Larkin Lane is a vibrant and growing company that offers artisan-crafted products. We are looking for a part-time sales associate and administrative assistant to support our B2B and B2C sales efforts. The role offers flexibility, allowing for remote sales outreach, while also requiring in-person support during peak periods, particularly around holiday markets. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in the dynamic environment of a small business and is willing to adapt to fluctuating hours based on business needs. Majority of the role will be remote, but we will need in person help over the fall to attend a few events, sip and shops, and pop ups etc.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Outreach (Remote):
- Conduct outreach to potential wholesale clients and maintain relationships with current customers.
- Manage B2B and B2C sales efforts, ensuring consistent follow-ups and communication with prospects via phone, email, and CRM systems.
- Use CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on progress.
In-Person Event Support (Seasonal/Holiday Periods):
- Represent Larkin Lane at holiday markets, trade shows, and events.
- Assist with setting up and running booths, handling customer inquiries, and processing sales during in-person events.
- Most importantly collecting names, emails, and phone numbers to add to our email marketing system.
- Max events we will commit to over the holidays are 2 per month, to put things into perspective.
Administrative Support: (Hybrid)
- Manage administrative tasks such as processing orders, coordinating shipments, and maintaining product inventory.
- Help with scheduling, organizing appointments, and maintaining organized client records.
- Assist in maintaining product listings for online sales platforms and help with customer inquiries.
- Assist with keeping the data cleaned and organized in Shopify.
Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B and B2C sales, including outreach and relationship management.
- Ability to work independently from home and manage remote sales efforts.
- Experience with trade shows, markets, and events, especially during busy holiday seasons.
- Proficiency with CRM software to manage and track outreach efforts.
- Flexibility to work 6-10 hours a week, with hours fluctuating based on business needs and events.
- Based in the Greater Atlanta, GA area for in-person events.
