This key leadership role focuses on overseeing the daily operations of the service division, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate a crew of 3-6 employees, including foremen and labor teams, to ensure seamless project execution from start to finish.
- Project Planning: Develop and manage daily labor schedules, ensuring optimal resource allocation for each service project.
- Financial Accountability: Maintain control of project margins by monitoring costs, managing purchase orders, and controlling overtime.
- Safety Leadership: Enforce all safety protocols, with an emphasis on fall protection and OSHA compliance, to ensure the safety of your crew.
- Hands-On Support: Provide on-site leadership and support to your team, troubleshooting issues and stepping in as needed to maintain project momentum.
- Fleet Management: Ensure that all drivers maintain a clean MVR. You will be provided with a company vehicle and gas card for site management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to ensure that each project meets company expectations for quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- Industry Experience: At least 3 years of experience in commercial roofing or construction management is preferred.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Safety Focused: Deep knowledge of safety protocols and fall protection standards is a must.
- Organizational Acumen: Ability to juggle multiple projects, keep up with paperwork, and stay organized under tight deadlines.
