Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Emergency Room (ER) Job Duration: 18 weeks Shift: Night, 3x12-Hour (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week for 3, 12-hour shifts; options for 40 and 48 hours per week with different shift configurations Experience: At least 1 year of travel experience required, with Cerner experience mandatory License: Must have IN or compact license in hand for start dates 2-4 weeks out. License process must be started for start dates 4+ weeks out. Certifications: Required certs specific to ER Must-Have: - At least 18 months of experience - Ability to work 2 of the 3 major holidays - Flu vaccine required (Medical/Religious exemptions only) Job Description: - Must adapt quickly in a fast-paced emergency room environment - Participate in floating across units or affiliated nearby hospitals as required - Handle all emergency room tasks with professionalism and efficiency - Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care - Meet compliance requirements for submission, including SSN and DOB details - Commit to an orientation program of 12 hours Candidates must have supervisor references and compliance with travel requirements.
