Job Title: IT Project Manager
Location: Riverside CA
Salary: Competitive, based on experience Hourly rate ($45 to $55/hr.)
About the Position:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced IT Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and delivering IT projects that align with our strategic goals. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage project resources, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple IT projects from initiation through completion.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, budgets, and resources.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Ensure all projects comply with company policies, industry standards, and best practices.
- Facilitate meetings and discussions to drive projects forward and resolve issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager, with a proven track record of managing complex IT projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- PMP or other relevant project management certifications are a plus.
