IntePros is seeking a Production Support Specialist / Business Systems Analyst to partner with a company with over 80 years of service, dedicated to improving the health and well-being of individuals and families in our community. Qualified Candidates must be willing to work onsite in Philadelphia 3 days/week.
Key responsibilities to include:
- Assess and research inquiries from multiple business areas for resolution. Assign and coordinate with IT areas and/or vendor support. Manage relevant communication and updates with impacted stakeholders.
- Assist in testing of member facing applications, including documentation of testing practices.
- Assist in checkout of production releases as needed.
- Assist in developing processes and performing system administration tasks as needed.
- Assist in determining requirements, impacts, developing documentation, procedures, and guides.
- Serve as an internal expert regarding use of the applications.
Business Systems Analyst Qualifications:
- Proven understanding and hands-on experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Proficiency in using ServiceNow platform.
- Experience in engaging and communicating effectively with executive-level stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to create clear and comprehensive documentation.
- Strong skills in developing and defining business requirements.
- Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience with MS Azure DevOps is a plus.
- Experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
