We are looking for someone with GREAT people skills--this is a customer service position first. The ability to multitask and think quickly on your feet are imperative to this role. Excellent communication skills are a must. Our ideal candidate thrives in a busy environment while also being able to maintain productivity during downtime. This position requires customer facing interactions, as well as email, text, phone, and social media communication with our patients. Applicants should be conscientious, detail oriented, clean, organized, resourceful, positive, and supportive.
Basic Duties for this position include:
●Warmly greeting patients, scheduling new and follow up appointments, accepting payments and explaining payment options such as packages and memberships
●Applying your excellent customer service skills while: answering the phone, providing general information on all our services, classes, and workshops, and checking and responding to emails and text messages in a timely manner
●Applying your technology and computer skills by using our software systems to schedule patients while following our scheduling protocols, keeping our class and workshops schedules updated and accurate, creation of patient communication content via Google docs, sheets, etc.
●Ability to create and post social media content and marketing materials as well as email marketing campaigns with direction from Clinic Director.
●Light cleaning of treatment rooms, waiting room, and studio between patients or classes
●Managing stock of retail items and all clinic supplies
Details of this Position:
Part Time: Monday - Friday, alternating Saturdays
