Job description
- A law office in southeast Houston is seeking a full-time nurse case manager to assist in the medical management of victims of personal injury involved in personal injury lawsuits and claims.
- The position requires a Registered Nurse degree and experience in clinical nursing.
- As to experience it is preferred, but not required, that the candidate have experience in practice areas relevant to the treatment of personal injury victims such as pain management, physical medicine and therapy, occupational medicine and/or surgical care.
- Bilingual ability in Spanish will be helpful because the majority of the clients will be Spanish speaking.
- This will be an in-office position.
- The ultimate salary will depend upon experience and qualifications.
RN with pain management experience. Maybe someone with post-surgical care, ER, ambulatory experience, etc. Maybe even hospice if they oversaw the pain management portion. They want someone who can help explain the treatment as it pertains to their case. Someone who will look at their clients as their patients. Not a nurse paralegal, but someone in a clinical setting, maybe who has been a charge nurse
